What Dunes West clients say
“We were in a tight spot where we had 2 mortgages and our realtor quit on us… Brandon showed up and saved the day. Satisfied doesn’t even begin to describe our experience. Brandon communicated thoroughly through the whole process, explained the strategy, priced our home well, negotiated well and got our home sold in Dunes West quickly.
Our house was on the market for 90 days with no offers under one agent in the summer/fall and Brandon listens and closed our home in less time over the winter, which is a tougher time to sell. The difference was his strategy and experience.
10/10 would recommend Brandon and his team- if I was moving anytime soon I’d call him immediately!”
— Ian M., Dunes West seller, 5-star Google review
“Working with Brandon and his team was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Brandon was incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Selling a home can be stressful, but he made everything feel seamless and manageable every step of the way. Brandon was able to sell our house within one day and above asking price.
Brandon took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the process and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. Brandon’s professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference.
I would highly recommend Brandon Bott to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated real estate agent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”
